Its official. The third season of The Walking Dead has been announced and this season is set to have the largest amount of episodes to date. Great news for you fans of the series and an excuse to not leave the house for a very long time.
According to AMC, The Walking Dead season 3 will consist of 16 episodes. “Previous season orders were for 13 episodes. AMC’s international broadcast partner FOX International Channels (FIC) will follow the 16 episode order and structure a similar schedule worldwide.
Season 2 of the critically acclaimed global hit series continues to deliver the strongest telecasts for any drama in basic cable history against Adults 18-49, as well as, top international pay-TV ratings on Fox International Channels’ (FIC) major markets.”
The Walking Dead season 2 continues this February 12th at 9/8c.

Inception stars Marion Cotillard and Joseph Gordon-Levitt join the cast as Wayne Enterprise board member Miranda Tate and Gotham Cop John Blake. Rounding out the cast are Anne Hathaway as the sleek Selina Kyle and Tom Hardy as the powerful villain Bane.

Hey Kiddos I just got the inside scoop on one of my Favourite Franchises, [REC] 3: Genesis and it looks absolutely killer, full of zombies, mayhem and pure awesomeness. Gone is the found-footage shingle, and everything is much clearer, but will it still be able to bring a punch like the previous films?

[REC] 3: Genesis hits Spain on March 30, 2012. Unfortunately still no word on a Canadien or U.S. release.
Synopsis: “The original REC crew are back, ready to submit their ensemble cast to another fight for survival against the zombie infection. This time to the backdrop of an original soundtrack. The new chapter will see the film “open up” by using a more traditional cinematographic style. However, the film’s roots have not been forgotten, and viewers will still be immersed in the action watching certain events unfold through the eye of the video camera. The action in REC 3 GENESIS encompasses the events of the first two films and after the sense of claustrophobia previously experienced.
The action now takes place miles away from the original location and partly in broad daylight, giving the film an entirely fresh yet disturbing new reality. The infection has left the building. In this graphic and violent, post-apocalyptic thriller, nine strangers-all tenants of a New York high-rise apartment-escape a nuclear attack by hiding out in the building’s bunker-like basement. Trapped for days underground with no hope for rescue, and only unspeakable horrors awaiting them on the other side of the bunker door, thegroup begins to descend into madness, each turning on one another with physical and psycho-sexual torment. As supplies dwindle, and tensions flare, they grow increasingly unhinged by their close quarters and hopelessness.
Each act against one another becomes more depraved than the next. While everyone in the bunker allows himself or herself to be overcome by desperation and lose their humanity, one survivor holds onto a thin chance for escape, even with no promise of salvation on the outside.
Hey Kiddies have I ever got some awsome news for you!! Over the last month we have heard a lot of chatter regarding the TV reboot of The Munsters. Just a few weeks back we heard that Bryan Fuller had pitched his script to NBC and it appears as if they like what they see as a pilot has been ordered. Today comes word that Bryan Singer director of the Superman Remake ( which frankly I thought was Fantastic ) will be directing the new Munsters franchise for NBC
According to Deadline, Universal Television will be producing the project which has been described as“an imaginative reinvention of The Munsters as a visually spectacular one-hour drama.”
The network currently see’s the show as a potential summer or even series event, at this time there is no word as to when this one will get underway. I for one LOVE this show, and I can't wait to see it!!
The Munsters reboot is said to feature “striking visuals mixed with all the classic Munsters archetypes. Grandpa Sam Dracula is essentially Dracula who assembled Herman because no man was good enough for his daughter Lily, a sexy vamp. Lily’s niece Marilyn the freak is actually normal and Lily and Herman’s only child, Eddie, has his werewolf tendencies surface in puberty, forcing the family to relocate to their famous 1313.”
So over the course of 30 plus years of subjecting myself to literally 1000s of horrors movies its no suprise that I've become pretty desensitized to the scares in todays horror movies. BUT!!!! every once in a while a movie comes along that gives me the WILLIES, and the trailer for The Devil Inside is just one of those movies. I had goose bumps and my eyes started to water, what the Hell does that mean???? Maybe I'm just a big pussy , but watch the trailer below and tell me it doesn't freak you out just a little......................

Hey there all you zombie zealots. Hap, Axe and Karl here with a special report on a ghoulish day in london. The three of us from doomgoryum were on hand and witnessed a truly astounding event. We came to interview Coleen, Tracy and Dawn who are the organizers of the London Zombie Walk, and were blown away by the socket popping turnout of a horde of six to eight hundred zombies who were shambling throughout downtown london and Victoria Park. Your pals Hap, Axe and Karl found themselves looking on in awe. We began to feel surreal as the mass of zombies shuffled passed and could easily imagine what it would feel like to find ourselves in a real zombie outbreak!
Even the organizers were overwhelmed by the turnout. Obviously the zombies at the walk had put a lot of time and effort into creating their costumes to make them look as real as possible. We saw no bad ones!
Next year yours truly will be dawning the zombie garb and participating in this bad ass event! Make sure you check out the interview and pics below, and as always tell us what you think.
